		<description>Hi Sharon!  Oh thank you! So glad you enjoy the blog!  I haven&#039;t tried the recipe with ground dried ginger, but I don&#039;t see any reason you couldn&#039;t give it a go! Usually you can sub 1/4 tsp dry for each tablespoon fresh called for in the recipe. Be sure it goes in with the veggies being sautéed at the beginning. I think it will be a different flavor but I bet it will still be good. Let me know how it goes!
