Cran-Apple Smoothie

Festive Holiday CranApple Smoothie

Serves 1

  • 8 oz water
  • 1/2 to 2/3 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 apple, unpeeled (if organic) and chunked*
  • 1/2 small banana
  • fistful of spinach
  • a palm’s worth of sprouts (I used sweet clover sprouts)
  • 1/2 large cucumber, peeled and chunked
  • 1- 2 stalks celery, chunked
  • 1/2 tbsp hemp oil

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.  Serve and enjoy!

*”Chunked” is an official culinary term right?  ;)  img 724
