Cran-Apple Smoothie
Festive Holiday CranApple Smoothie

Serves 1
- 8 oz water
- 1/2 to 2/3 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 apple, unpeeled (if organic) and chunked*
- 1/2 small banana
- fistful of spinach
- a palm’s worth of sprouts (I used sweet clover sprouts)
- 1/2 large cucumber, peeled and chunked
- 1- 2 stalks celery, chunked
- 1/2 tbsp hemp oil
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
