Hi Cindy! I read about your 7 mile hike - it looked BEAUTIFUL. I could SO live in California!

So glad you had a nice holiday!

Hi Alison!

Yes, normally I am done with my shopping by Thanksgiving (most of our family is out of state, so we have shipping time to account for). This year I haven't even started! AAACCKK! It just seems to have snuck up so quickly this year!

Way BEHIND on shopping? My shopping season has just BEGUN!

Ugh I was not so lucky with the scale - it was UP for me this morning! But I know it's water weight and will come back down over the next couple of days. Majorly impressed by your 3/4 lb of a lb down! Success indeed!

You had a totally healthy day! LOVE IT!
minus 3/4 lb...nice job

I did good all day with the eats but had a small sliver of each of the pies / desserts we had. I enjoyed each taste during the evening which was late due to playing cards.
I was up a lb...but I've done that after JOGGING and eating Kale (which btw I almost made for myself tonight) TOMORROW!
I made leftover turkey soup for the boys. It was simple and delish.

I got a 7 mile hike in...AND I ran on Wednesday, PLUS all our cooking/ shopping and cleaning! I burned about 770 cals that day.
I am so happy with how my day went! I am not even worried about that 1 lb. probably water or PIE! HA

Happy Thanksgiving Shari!!!
