good for you on logging the cals in / cals out.  I do utilize calorie counting when I have a specific goal in mind, because it&#039;s the only way I&#039;ve ever found that will allow me to KNOW what I will lose each week.  I think it&#039;s a great idea!</description>

		<description>I love this question. In the next 30 days I&#039;d like to drop 2-3 pounds. I feel I&#039;ve gotten to lenient on the foods I eat and I want to not fall off track. Also my boyfriend is coming home for the holidays from Iraq for 2 weeks and I want to look extra good for him! ;)

		<description>Oh you read my mind.  I am antsy about New Years already.  I am so ready to put 09&#039; to bed and start anew.  I have a list full of 2010 stuff to tackle but mum&#039;s the word till then!  haha  (jk...like&#039;s it&#039;s any big deal)

However I have December goals for sure...Consistent exercise during the the holidays is for sure the biggest.  and mostly getting thru the holidays and finally letting go of family dynamics I can never seem to change.  Ihave been tracking my cals in and cals burned and I am spending this month finding that right equation for me.  

I actually love December...it&#039;s like the last push to end the year and make it really COUNT!!!
