Hi Joan, I was wondering if it was the same as the dinosaur kale, since I hadn't seen it specifically labeled anywhere but have seen it referenced a lot in recipes. Thanks for letting me know! :)

This is the kind of kale I grow every year. It's easier to clean than the frilly type. I love to chop it up (after removing the rib) and sautee it in olive oil, chopped fresh garlic and a little celtic salt and pepper. Also one leaf put into a vegie soup really changes the flavor. It sweetens it.

I have seen that Kale but passed on it ! How did you like it? Let us know

I LOL over your "in honor of me" on your spiralizer. I really really want one but have been braving my mandolin instead. At least I have noodles with a chance of stitches.

Guess what? I finished my sweater! I am wearing it right now, drinking tea out of my bright orange mug you gave me! I feel so snug and cheery!
Glad you dodged JD. EEEK

Happy Wednesday Chica
