Hi Beth,

I thought it was you, but was scared that if it was someone else, they'd see and think I was a big meanie for forgetting! I can't find them online for purchase anywhere! The only place that carries the muscle soother (that I've found anyway) has their sales on hold during 'inventory' or something like that.

Yes Shari, the tub tea was from me... a year or two ago for your birthday. Of course it was from the tea factory... Celestial Seasonings Tea Factory in Boulder.

Hi Berni!

Yes I do normally like dates. I'd never tried a raw plain one until this summer and I'm in LOOOOVE! They have almost a lightly caramel flavor so I eat one sometimes when I'm having a sugar craving.

I buy the raw Medjool dates, usually from the bulk bin at our local grocery store. Then I keep them in the fridge and rinse right before eating.

I had been using the Larabar Coconut Cream Pie bar as a pre-run fuel (or during if need be) and that works well too. It has the coconut oil and the dates in it, but then it also has nuts which will make for slower digestion. So if you have a "tender system" like I do while running, you might want to stick with the straight dates/oil. The tiniest things will give me cramping in my lower intestines when I run, so I'm SUPER picky about food timing with running.

Let me know what you think if you try the dates! And you are absolutely welcome for the good vibes!! You're gonna do great!

Hi Fallon,
The tub tea was a gift from a long time back actually - but I loved it so much that now I'm on the HUNT for some! When I find them I'll be sure to post it here!

I'll be doing the All-Sun-Dance for you this weekend - rain, rain, stay away! :)

Hi Joan! I think your ginger root caps may have had a lot to do with it! Re: the tub tea, it was a gift actually! (I think it was Beth who got it for me, and I'm going to feel really bad if I'm wrong!!) I've had two of them for a long time and have been saving them for the right occasion. This seemed like the occasion for "Soothe The Muscles" tea..! I've done a search online and can't seem to find that exact one for sale. I'll keep looking!

Well Shari and fellow blog readers, I turned in my paperwork last Thursday night and I am signed up to run my first full marathon in June in San Diego. I am training and raising money with Team in Training. So there is my running goal for the year!
