Wow how did I miss this comment?? Sorry! Dolmas are from the Greece/Syrian region. Definately read the ingreds as this region uses alot of lamb and I've seen recipes including it or sausage. TJs are vegetarian, at least the last time I bought them. I made them once, it's just rice and spices wrapped in grape leaves, then soaked in olive oil. So nice for an appetizer.

And I think you mentioned in another post my yay had milk in it!!! Wow thanks for the heads up...somehow that escaped my usual perusal of the ingreds lists. I'll definately try Imagine's tomato soup instead...their tomato/basil sounds yummy!

Lastly...oh I had defination on my abs now that you mention it but it was defined in the wrong direction! :) couldn't suck it in far enough! workin' on that!

Hi Cindy! So glad you like that protein powder - I will have to keep my eyes peeled for the 'fruity' version you have. I'm loving my vanilla though!

One of these days I'll have to splurge on some coconut butter. I'm a little scared to try it for fear that I'll LOVE it and want it all the time! :)

Joan, is the Dolmas an indian dish? I think I've seen a version of it at Whole Foods - might have to get some since you mention you like it.

Love that you pass on the Nays - you are so sweet!

I might have to DRAW some definition on my WINTER abs - they aren't as lean as they were in the summer, but I don't mind! It'll be a good motivator!

Yay on Pacific Foods Creamy Organic Tomato soup.

Haven't found yay yet on my 2 fav soups (Split Pea and Veg Chili) so I stick with making them from scratch.

Yay on TJ's jar of Dolmas

Not wanting to infuse any negativity here I'll pass on the Nay's :)

No definition in my abs so I'll pass on pix too :(

Gotta try Choco Corn Chips!! Thanks for the review!
