		<description>Hi ya Shari...thanks for the info.  really really needed this this week.  I love that you said you can shake things up.  I have been actually still playing with running barefoot on parts of my runs and the short runs too....but I still feel compelled to run faster than I should.  I totally get it (I think)  so for now I am going to slow down the long runs (you know my 3 mile ones) and let the short ones (you know my less than 3 mile ones) be more fun.

maybe SOME FLIPPING DAY when I say &quot;long run&quot; it will really BE a long run.  Friday it&#039;s 4 miles.  getting there.

and I was hungry till I saw flav.  man grosses me out.

and I just got a crown replaced (after like 15 years.)  I just paid it off...today as a matter of fact.  she was bugging me to replace a second one and I was like NOPE....I need some NOOCH.

Ok....I love that you put some more info out there today because I was kinda scratching my head....    I think I get the jist of it but for the most part am still not sure why I need to run so slow for my shortest (2 mile) run of the week...   it completely makes sense for the long runs though, that I get.    
I do like to follow a schedule, I love having something showing me what is expected and being able to cross it off.  I think I just need to remember to HAVE FUN and not worry so much about the time... just run long and run healthy!!
