My “no slacker tracker” is calling me out. “Slacker, slacker!!”
That calendar is looking very sparse after such a great job in January! The power of my tracker is real because I feel bad that it’s so bare! I better hop to it!

It’s only the 10th and you’ve been so busy, so give yourself a break. The calendar is a great idea though, and an excellent way to recognize when you’re off track. I might have to try that ; )
Have a great weekend!

Hi Heidi – thank you! Some of it comes from being busy but my sleep has been REALLY wonky (damn dogs! First they were booted from sleeping on the bed, now we don’t even let them in the room and they STILL manage to interrupt our sleep!) – thanks for making me feel better! I tend to get frustrated if I don’t get 5 workouts in a week.
I need to lighten up!

Wow! I can tell you have had alot of snow with all the new recipes and blogging! We now are without enough snow to justify spending money on a lift ticket to go skiing, so by all means send some our way!
You need to devise an exercise routine while recipe testing…Maybe do some lunges the entire time you are mixing something! Ha ha.
I have no doubt that you will have many things to record on your calendar soon.
I had to take a break from boxing (3 weeks), I damaged my left wrist (intersectional syndrome) so I have had to create other things to do. I now finally can do some upper body weights and it does seem to be healing, just killing me not being able to do the boxing class…Aging stinks!! Oh wait I mean 39 and fine ha ha!

Hi Julie – OUCH! Did you hurt your hand at work or from the boxing? No bueno! Hey the good thing is that you are MISSING the boxing right? That means you’ve found something you really enjoy! YAY!
You totally made me laugh with that last line in your comment!
