This site was started way back in 2009 as a way for me to share food and fitness logging each day so that my personal training/coaching clients could see how I managed my own healthy lifestyle. As with anything, habits and knowledge evolve though the years so if you are working with me currently, you may see certain phases of my eating style, workouts or business in older blog posts that aren’t the same ideas I subscribe to these days. Part of that is because I like to try things to keep up to date on trends for my clients. So I went through times in past blog posts where I was a vegetarian, a pescetarian, a vegan as well as going through marathon training cycles, or heavy weight training, etc.
