To me, time is of the essence. So I find that I shy away from recipes that have a multitude of ingredients. Things I make to eat need to be fast, easy, HEALTHY and can’t have a novel written in the ‘how to’ portion of the recipe. Plus I just plain don’t like to make too many dirty dishes
Prior to attending holistic culinary school, how I made my food would be best described as assembling it, rather than cooking it, so I titled this section “Build-A-Meal” instead of “Recipes”.
Now that I’m a Certified Natural Chef, I still aim to keep the recipes from being overly involved, but hopefully with a lot more PIZAZZ!
