To me, time is of the essence. So I find that I shy away from recipes that have a multitude of ingredients. Things I make to eat need to be fast, easy, relatively HEALTHY and can’t have a novel written in ‘how to’ portion of the recipe. Plus I just plain don’t like to make too many dirty dishes
Essentially what I do would be best described as assembling food, rather than cooking it, so I’ve titled this section “Build-A-Meal” instead of “Recipes”.
