Tastes Good to Be Home

One of the things I enjoy about being out of town or on vacation is that when I get home I am always even that much happier to eat to my ‘normal’ foods.

Now granted, I didn’t eat too terribly in Vegas.  In fact, check out this beautiful salad I had on Thursday evening:

It makes me want to get out my spiralizer, which has been sadly neglected as of late.

I had seaweed salad and a side of seared tuna at a really fun sushi restaurant we found:

And I even ate at the Canyon Ranch Grill for lunch – unfortunately no pics of this one but I had a small serving of quinoa salad with butternut squash cubes and a cup of delicious roasted vegetable soup.  And a REAL ginger ale, made with fresh ginger juice!  (SO GOOD!)

But here and there I had to sneak in some fun stuff too, like these fabulous chocolate crepes at Espressement Illy:

So I always get home from any kind of travel and just really look forward to some simple plant-based meals I toss together myself, like a salad of baby bok choy greens, cucumber, grape tomatoes and homemade vegan ranch dressing:

Or some fajita-spiced peppers and onions with tomatoes, nutritional yeast and cilantro hominy:

And of course a super-sized green smoothie!

I had a fabulous little visit but it sure tastes good to be home!  :D

What do you miss when you travel?

Blue Skies and Happy Feet

Hi blog buds!

How is your week going?  I hope it’s off to a great start!

I mentioned a while back that we were embarking on another home remodel project, ripping all the carpet off of our stairs in order to make them painted and pretty.  Well, until the carpet was off we really didn’t know what we were getting ourselves into.  (That’s the fun of home renovations though right?)   The treads were in worse condition than we had anticipated, so we’ve certainly had our hands full.  Cory and I have combined over 50 hours logged on it since we started, and we are only done with the sanding and the priming.  Next, we tape off all 101 spindles, the treads/risers and the newel posts/railing in order to get the paint started.  It’ll be so beautiful when it’s done, but it’s definitely a lot of hours to get to the end result, outside of our regular work.  My ‘free time’ outside of personal cheffing and personal training has gone toward this home project – hence the quiet days on the FitFeat online presence of blog, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.

But we had to put the project on hold for a previously scheduled interruption.

For a little change of scenery, I got to do this last night:

So that today instead of cheffing, sanding or painting, I could do this:

Ahhh…. :D

Last time I was on this trip in 2010 I blogged about it the entire time.  So I won’t bore you by doing it again. ;)    Unless of course I get to do something super cool worth sharing!

Have a wonderful week!

Key Lime Overload

Hi blog buds!  OK, here’s the last recap from our trip.  Thanks so much for following along – I hope you’ve enjoyed seeing some of the sights!  If you missed our other stops, check out Part One:  Miami & Nassau and Part Two:  CocoCay.

Our last port of call on the trip was Key West.  And I was SUPER excited for this stop.  No particular reason other than I’ve always thought the Florida Keys seemed like a neat place to visit.

Early risers again on this day, we were 3rd in line to get off the boat.  Literally waiting for them to unhook the chain on the gangplank!

The first place you come to is pretty much Front Street and also Mallory Square.  We got a ticket for a little trolley ride that would take us all around the island in 90 minutes, which was the perfect way to check out where we wanted to go after the tour was done.

Can you tell I’m excited for the trolley?  :)

We spent the majority of our day touring up and down Duval Street and the blocks surrounding it.

We walked through the grounds of the oldest house on Key West.

We checked out the WILD ROOSTERS!  There are hens and roosters all over the city.

Do you see the rooster in this one?

(He’s chilling in the shade between the two columns on the right side.)

We made up our own “Key Lime Crawl” of sorts and decided we’d try out the Key Lime Pies at different stops to see which one we liked best, as well as other Key Lime themed things.

A piece at the Key Lime Pie Company (they were featured on an episode of “Throwdown” with Bobby Flay.  Rumor has it their pie beat his.  It WAS darn tasty!)

Then we tried a piece at the Hog’s Breath Saloon.

We thought we liked this one better.  Then funnily enough we learned that they source their pie from… Key West Lime Company!  Ha ha!

Our neighbor said we had to hit up Sloppy Joe’s while there, which is a corner bar and restaurant.

But this time I ordered my Key Lime Pie in a liquid (and alcoholic) version. Cory’s drink in the background was Key West Lemonade.

I also got (and didn’t photograph) some Key Lime TAFFY!  I thought I’d bring it home but it didn’t last an hour…!

Last but not least, I had to try something made with CONCH while on this trip.  I chose to roll with a 3 pc fritter that came with Key Lime Aioli.

They were like crab cake balls with chewier seafood.  :)   But the aioli was AMAZING!

By this time, we’d had our FILL of anything even remotely lime.

We saw the southernmost point of the continental U.S.:

The Key West Lighthouse:

The restaurant owned by Kelly McGillis (from Top Gun):

We also walked by Ernest Hemingway’s house (although we didn’t do the tour):

And by Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville:

An old theater that was remodeled into a WALGREEN’S of all things!

And so much more!  We walked our legs off that day.  And ate SO MUCH FOOD!  We got back to the boat in the late afternoon, had a “mango cooler” in the air conditioned lounge…

… and played hookey from the fancy dinner…

…so that we could sail off into the sunset!  (OK, in our case, we were sailing AWAY from the sunset!)  :)

We had such a nice time on our vacation.  And it will most likely be our 15th anniversary before we do another one like this!  Every five years seems to be the trend!

Today’s topic:  What is your favorite KEY LIME food?  If you’re a Key Lime pie lover, where did you have your favorite piece?

Have a wonderful day everyone!

CocoCay

Hi friends!

Oh boy, after spending a week at sea level, eating lots of food, and only walking for exercise, let me just tell you that this morning’s hilly interval run back at 6000′ above sea level was ROUGH.  Rougher than I anticipated it would be.  (Could be due in part to the mild dizzy feeling I’ve had since getting home – like I’m still on the boat.  I didn’t have this issue the first time I went on a cruise.  I’m on the 4th day with it and crossing my fingers that it rights itself soon!  It’s like I put on my “sea legs” but then my “land legs” never showed up at baggage claim.  :) )

Here’s how dark it was at the start of the run this morning:

We were up with the deer this time around! But as is usually the case with running, it was great at the end.  It was a gorgeous sunrise, 55 degrees and I was happy to have been out in it.

***

Some of you commented that you enjoyed seeing the pics from the trip – thanks for letting me know!  I LOVE to look at people’s travel photos.  Two of my Facebook friends recently posted pics from each of their different trips (one a tropical honeymoon and one a trip to London) and I just think it’s really fun to look through them.

Our second stop was CocoCay, Bahamas.  A couple of the cruise lines apparently have each purchased their own islands – I believe Disney has their own and I know Norwegian’s was right next to the one we were on.  CocoCay was previously known as Little Stirrup Cay before being purchased by Royal Caribbean.

With this stop, the ship can’t get in close so they anchor way out and then take you to the island by ferry. Being the early risers that we are, we were on the first ferry over.

Sunglasses and sunscreen – MUY IMPORTANTE.

Bye boat!  See ya after lunch!

Welcome to Coco Cay!

We wandered all around the little island to check it out and see where we most wanted to park ourselves for the day.

And ultimately picked a spot that had a little bit of shade.  It was HOT even at 8:30 in the morning.

We’d anticipated renting a couple of mats to just float around on in the water.  But we saw WAY too many of these jellyfish everywhere in the water and didn’t want to get stung.  Do any of you guys have any experience swimming with these?

But I wasn’t at all scared of the iguanas.

I tried to convince this one that he would like Colorado and my dogs if he wanted to hop in my bag.

The turquoise water is just beyond words.  Absolutely breathtaking.

After the lunch that the cruise line served on the beach, we hung around in hammocks.  I need a T-shirt made that says “I went to the Bahamas and all I got were these stupid freckles”. I don’t really TAN.  I just get pink and freckly!

We decided that some air conditioning sounded good so we took the ferry back to the boat in the afternoon.  We watched a bellyflop contest at the pool and had a drink, then got cleaned up for dinner.  The sun really zaps your energy, so shortly after dinner we were ready to call it a night!

Especially since the next day was the stop I was most excited for:  KEY WEST!!  (Key Lime Pie, wahooo!)

Back to Real Life

Hi blog buds!

Thank you so much for reading and commenting last week while I was out of town and not able to respond to your messages.  I am thrilled that my ‘auto post’ function worked in WordPress so that you had something to read while I was gone.  And I was happy to see that Cindy was able to snag one of the Trufflehead apps – who got the other one?

Most of the time when you hear me talk about traveling lately, it’s been for work.  Last week was purely for FUN!  Back in the spring we came across an AWESOME deal for a little autumn cruise that we just couldn’t pass up.  We decided to celebrate our 10th anniversary a little early and celebrate the completion of school a little late.   Granted, we know it was so cheap because it fell SMACK in the middle of hurricane season for the location – but we decided to take our chances.  And then one of our ports of call was recently hit by Hurricane Irene, so we started to get a little nervous as the time drew near. But in the end we got SO lucky with the weather.  It couldn’t have been more perfect!  And as is always the case with me and travel (whether for fun or not), it always feels really great to return home and get back into my own bed, my own routine, and of course, my own FOOD!  After all the food we consumed this week, I feel like all I want for the next week is green smoothies and kale salads!  :)

We departed from Miami, FL and then had 3 stops.  The first was Nassau, Bahamas.  The second was CocoCay, Bahamas.  And the third was Key West, FL (which I was most excited about!).

I thought you might enjoy seeing some of what we saw – so here is a recap of the Miami and Nassau parts.  I’ll share the rest in the next few posts to keep this post from getting too long.

Evening in Downtown Miami:

View from breakfast:

We had time to kill before going to the pier, so we walked for about 2 hours just taking in the Miami air (and by that I mean HOT and HUMID air) and scenery:

Bon voyage!

Ready for the first night’s dinner:

Mmmmm… the food choices were delicious!  I didn’t end up taking any photos of food in the dining room – we had 10 people at our table and it just seemed like it might have been bad manners.  So I kept my camera tucked away. But I did get a few shots of the menu that was posted outside the dining room.

The sunrise as we pulled into Nassau – GORGEOUS!

Me before my coffee:

And after:

Colorful Nassau, Bahamas – the first stop:

While there, we took a $3 ferry ride to just walk around the grounds at the Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island, rather than paying the CRAZY amount of money for the group excursion.  And we had so much more fun on our own for no money!

We were even able to check out the aquarium from a distance (we didn’t take the tour – just “happened” to find our way into one end of it)  ;)

The manta ray was the size of a queen-sized bed and I’m not exaggerating – this thing was huge!

He even came to say hello – he looks like he’s frowning  :(   I could have hung out here all day long.

Is there anywhere that Starbucks doesn’t have a storefront? (Would you believe me if I told you I did NOT go in?)

I really didn’t!

Back on the ferry to get back to the ship:

Because it’s time to eat again – gotta get ready!

Frozen MOJITO?  Oh YES please!

LOVE the towel animals!

We were tuckered out at the end of this day!  We packed it full of fun, sun and food.  It was definitely time to call it a night!

In the next post, I’ll recap CocoCay.

Have a GREAT day friends!  Thanks so much for reading!

Tech Break

Hi friends!  Welcome to the weekend!

Many thanks to those of you that spent the last three work weeks focusing on cleaner eating, whatever your own version of clean eating entails.  For some maybe it’s less sugar, for others maybe it’s more protein and less starch.  Everyone has their own food journey.  Either way, I sure appreciated the company!  And I hope your body is thanking you for it!  FitFeat will return to normal (read: more random & topic based) posting now so I hope I didn’t plug up your Google readers or inboxes during this challenge.

Today’s questions:  Do you enjoy reading/seeing the food & exercise recaps regularly?  Does it help you come up with ideas for things to do with foods in your fridge and pantry?  I’m a pretty simple eater. I don’t like to take the time for things that are overly complicated or require a bunch of ingredients.  The advantage there (besides a savings of time) is improved digestion.  When you put too many types of food in your system at one time that don’t necessarily combine well, you create internal stress.  Therefore, I feel that the way I eat makes for a relatively boring food blog most days!  :)

A Break from Technology:  I’ve got a lot going on in the coming days which means I won’t have access to my laptop or be on my phone much.  But I’m hoping that I’m able to capture some fun stuff to share with you at the end of it.  I’ve already written a few posts for next week though so I hope you’ll still stop by!   And if you have an iPhone, iPad or iTouch, be sure to check back 1st thing Monday morning for a little giveaway!  (Watch, now I’ve jinxed myself and my “auto-post function” won’t work!  Cross your fingers for me!)

Have a SUPER Saturday and good luck on Monday with the giveaway!

Back to It

Hi friends!

Holy speedy days, Batman!  The last week flew by in a blink while I was out of town!  This time it was a family visit rather than a work trip.  I went home to Ohio and while I was there I got to meet my new niece (who is actually already a year-and-a-half old!), have a little slumber party with my 4-year-old niece (so much fun!), celebrate my grandma’s 89th birthday, see my cousin’s twin girls, and just do a ton of catching up with everyone in general.  The last time I’d been back for a visit was two years ago (when FitFeat was just getting going).  And I spent a large chunk of time blogging during that RV trip with my mom and grandma, which looking back I sometimes feel that I spent TOO much time on my computer and not enough time visiting with my family.  So this time around, I took my laptop but it didn’t even get opened once – I was just too busy the whole time.  I wanted to soak up every second I had with everyone while I was there. And I hardly even took any pictures!

It was a wonderful time and I don’t think my mom and I could have squeezed in any more chat time if we’d tried.  We talked and talked and talked… It was great!

But like any travel, it was nice to get home and sleep in my own bed.  I missed Cory, and the dogs too.  (Give it a few days and I’ll be complaining that my dogs are driving me nuts again!)  :)

How about you?  When you travel, do you hit a certain number of days and then want to come back home?  Or do you wish your trips had more days away?

Have a FABULOUS day, blog buds!

5 Things That Can Undermine Your Health When Flying (and tips to avoid them)

Welcome to the weekend blog buds!

I have a fair amount of air travel coming up between now and October for business and fun.  I don’t know about you but flying really can work a number on my body.  I thought I’d share a FitFeature with five things to keep in mind when you travel by plane and some of the tips I use to stay healthy and keep my body feeling good.

1. Flying is very dehydrating to the body thanks to the recycled air and reduced oxygen

Focus on getting plenty of hydrating liquids before, during and after your flight.  It’s tempting to not want to drink up so that you don’t have to use the plane’s lavatory, but please don’t make this mistake.  It won’t be worth it in the long runGood choices are plain filtered water, coconut water, water with lemon, kombucha tea.  Unfortunately since you can’t bring your own liquids through security you end up needing to buy some bottled water once you are at your gate. I know it’s expensive, but your body will thank you.

Avoid dehydrating drinks like coffee and alcohol. (If you need a coffee, at the very least choose decaf.  Or better yet have herbal tea.)  And unless there is a fresh juice bar in the airport, skip the juice as well.  If it’s bottled it has been pasteurized with high heat so all the goodness of fresh juice is no longer in the bottled juice.  Further, if it’s not organic juice, you could be getting an extra-concentrated dose of pesticide chemicals.

Another thing you can do is bring some prepared water-rich fruits and vegetables along (fortunately food is allowed through security):  cucumber slices, watermelon chunks, grapefruit segments, oranges, salad with plenty of tomato, lemon segments (great for adding to your water once you are on the plane and for squeezing onto your salad as well).

2. The decreased air pressure can cause gas and bloating

Oh boy.  This one gets me every time.  I can FEEL that pressure on my insides and it’s so uncomfortable.  The day before and the day of a flight I really focus on eating foods that are easy to digest:  green smoothies, fresh green juice, green salads, lightly steamed vegetables, water-rich fruits, maybe a little fish and eggs (easier proteins to digest), Greek yogurt if you don’t have any dairy issues.

Things you may want to minimize:  beans, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, heavy/rich foods, meats (harder to digest and stay in your system longer), nuts that haven’t been soaked (they are harder to digest as well).  Pay attention to things in everyday life that cause you to feel bloated or a little ‘gassy’ – these are the things you don’t want to eat the day you fly.  They might be a little different for everyone.

3. Being cooped up with a lot of germs blowing around

I never used to be a germaphobe. Then about 5 years ago when we took a cruise, there was an outbreak of norovirus on our ship.  Thank goodness we didn’t contract it (about 500 unlucky other people did) and the entire staff were walking around in surgical masks, wearing plastic gloves, spraying disinfectant everywhere.  You would have thought it was the plague.   I started pushing the elevator buttons with my elbow (and only if it was covered in clothing!).  It’s shocking to me now when I pay attention in public places how many people are  coughing, sniffling, hacking and I swear they all somehow end up on your plane sitting near you.  One time I wore a bandana around my neck like scarf so that I could cover my face just in case.  True story.  Sounds ridiculous and extreme, but I didn’t get sick!  I rarely use hand antibacterial lotion in everyday life but I definitely do when I fly.  And this year, that’s exactly where I caught that nasty pertussis virus (whooping cough) that took me down for a while.

This is another reason that adding a lot of vegetables and fruits to your diet is helpful.  Increase your intake of all colors of produce to help boost your immune system daily.  If you aren’t a fan of eating all of your fruits/veggies, consider green smoothies, fresh organic green juices(and wheatgrass juice) or even dried greens powders.

I increase my intake of probiotics even more around travel times:  kombucha tea, probiotic tablets (50 billion), kefir, fermented foods like sauerkraut and tempeh.

4. Radiation exposure

There’s not much you can do to minimize your exposure here except for maybe ask for the pat-down in lieu of going through the new big X-ray machines.  However, you can choose some foods wisely to help cleanse some of that radiation.  Best choice?  Seaweed!  I eat seaweed a few times a week anyway, but before and after flying I try to incorporate some extra seaweed into my salads.  Soak arame and then turn it into a marinated seaweed salad.  Or add dulse flakes to more meals (it hides well in most anything cooked).  Look for a Japanese restaurant the next time you travel and order a seaweed salad and some miso soup.

Chlorophyll-rich foods are also helpful in cleansing – which if you are eating lots of dark veggies you’ll be covered.  This is where your fresh green juices, green smoothies, salads and greens powders are helpful.  I also keep a bottle of chlorophyll tablets around for high-travel times as well.

5. Flying really restricts movement

I am not one to get up and walk around much on a plane.  If my flights were longer than 2-3 hours each, I definitely would make an effort walk the aisleways to keep my leg muscles moving (this is especially important for minimizing the risk of DVT, deep vein thrombosis).

While I know some folks like to be productive when hanging out at the gate waiting for a flight, this is the time to get your body moving.  I won’t ask you to do something crazy like wall squats or lunges in public (although you can do some hover squats in the privacy of a restroom stall if you’d like!) but definitely WALK AROUND.  Don’t take the escalator/elevator if there is an option for stairs, and don’t take those moving sidewalks.  Move as much as you can before/after the flight.  And walk on over to the restroom right before boarding!

Move around while you are waiting for your bags to arrive at baggage claim.  This is also a great time to do some stretching – reach down and touch your toes, do a few side bends, put your arms overhead and stretch up onto your toes like you just got out of bed.  And if you feel like people are watching you, don’t worry – there are plenty of odder things going on at the airport for people to look at!

***

The bottom line for minimizing the physical impact of air travel:  hydrate, load up on fruits/veggies, increase your sea vegetable and probiotic intake, and move your bod! Avoid the tempting prepackaged foods and fast food restaurants because all those things will do is weigh you down further, make you more dehydrated, zap your energy, and increase the toxic load on your body.  That’s no way to start your trip – especially if it’s for something fun!

(Hmmm… that sounds a lot like what you hear me spouting for daily living here at FitFeat!)

Do you have any favorite tips/tricks/home remedies for keeping the body happy and healthy when traveling?  Please share with us!

One Day In Vegas

Hi friends!

Hope your week is off to a great start!  MSP and I took the shortest trip of our life this weekend to go to his brother’s wedding in Vegas.  Our flight landed in LV on Saturday at 9:07 AM and departed the next morning at 9:30 AM.  Literally 24 hours in Vegas.  I don’t know how people travel for meetings all in the same day and still function like normal human beings.  We were totally wiped by the time we got home  – flying really zaps my energy.  Must be all that wing flapping ;)   LOL!

Food for on the plane (an Emergen-C packet, Ezekial AB&H sandwich, and a sliced up Asian pear).  I always have to bring food in case we become one of those planes that gets stuck on the tarmac for hours.  This girl must have her food. I also have to buy a big bottle of water once I get through security for that same reason.  If nothing else, I know how to over-prepare.

A view of mountains somewhere between home and Las Vegas.  I’m guessing maybe this was over Utah?

I’ve flown a zillion times and I STILL love to look out the window.  I’m such a 5-year old about some things!

A little tomato juice during the flight:

We landed, checked in to the hotel, said hello briefly to the family then got changed to go to the ceremony.

The wedding was beautiful!  And I love my new SIL’s sense of humor – check out the shoes she wore under her wedding dress:

The reception was equally beautiful and the food was amazing!  Don’t ask me why of all the photos I was taking I neglected to take a pic of my plate, but I can tell you it was chock full of delicious herbed veggies, salad greens and a salmon with a little cream sauce.  Absolutely delicious!

Afterward we went back to the hotel to change out of our dressy clothes.

Legs = looking about the same level of blinding whiteness they did in the middle of winter.  I need to start wearing shorts when I run.  ;)

We took a stroll with the family up the Las Vegas strip to see the Bellagio water show, which I will NEVER tire of seeing.  So gorgeous!  We dropped a few quarters in some slot machines and then the next thing you know it’s LATE and time for bed. I’d hoped that maybe we could visit some of the great places we did during our April Vegas trip (and maybe eat more of that amazing Italian food or some crepes) but the time flew by SO fast.

The next morning we were up at the crack of dawn, and in a taxi back to the airport by 7:00 AM.

The trip was over in the blink of an eye!  Hence the lack of exciting pictures to share with you.

Have you ever gone on a 24-hour trip?  Does it completely wear you out?  Or do you feel energized by the excitement?

And speaking of excitement:

(do ya love the sexy cheffer skull cap? hahahaha!)

Next post will cover the start of my journey at holistic culinary school!  Wahooo!  Stay tuned…

Time Flies When You’re Unplugged

Hi blog buds!

I can’t believe how fast the time has flown by since my last post!  When I last left you I was getting the house ready for the impending arrival of my mother-in-law, and then in the blink of an eye the visit it already behind us!  I had figured I might squeeze in a blog post or two during her visit, but we were having so much fun and kept so busy that it just never happened!

We were busy having Grilled Pita Pizza parties:

Posing for self-snapped pics:

Playing Wii games (even Mr. Potato-Head blinks for photos!):

Taking sunrise hikes:

Viewing the wildlife:

And taking in some of the AMAZING scenery Colorado has to offer:

Also, we shopped, we talked, we ate, we talked, we drank, we talked… there is a theme here.  My mother-in-law and I love to chat.  I think MSP’s ears may have been bleeding by the end of the weekend!  ;)

She was a great sport at trying some “Shari” foods, like green smoothies, black bean brownies, salmon cakes, Ezekial toast with almond butter, falafel plates – all of which she liked.  The vegan mac-n-cheese?  Not so much a fan.  (For the record, neither was MSP.  I love it for some reason…!)

We walked every day, did some Bob’s Yoga, and also danced ourselves silly to the Wii game “Just Dance” (which I still maintain should be worn with a heart rate monitor and counted as a true cardio workout).  I was sweating and beat after an evening of trying to keep up with the crazy dance moves in that game.  It’s so much fun and my abs hurt from laughing so hard!  We all also suffered through “The Backup Plan” (J-Lo, what the heck were you thinking when you signed on to that movie??)

And then next thing you know, four nights had flown by and it was time to head off to the airport!

I know many bloggers still write posts while they are on vacations or having super busy times.  I learned after being on the RV trip with my mom and grandma last year that I had missed out on some of quality time because my blog was new and I didn’t feel right about missing any days.  It made for some stressful moments on my part when I couldn’t get internet access or when I was focused so much on my laptop and not on my family.  I regret that now, as time with our families is so important.  Other than an occasional email check and some work that I had to do, I’ve been UNPLUGGED since last Wednesday:  no Facebook, Twitter, Google Reader, WordPress.  And it made for a very nice visit!

Do you find it nice to UNPLUG every once in awhile? Or do you get antsy without daily technology? I find that some days when I get started trying to catch up on Google Reader, Facebook, Twitter, etc., hours get “lost”.  Meaning I may have intended on 5 minutes in front of the PC and then I end up at 16 different sites, or reading way more than I should and now that time is forever gone.   Does this happen to you?

***Last week I made the spicy tofu enchiladas and the vegan mac-n-cheese and promised to post further info on them.  I’m starting the mac-n-cheese one right now so you’ll see it post sometime today!

Have a GREAT day everyone!  Thanks so much for hanging with me during my absence!
