the problem with most of those plans is that they think everyone works at a desk 9-5. some of us do work long shifts on our feet and regular meal time breaks are just a wistful thought
it’s hard finding plans that incorporate “portable” food that you can eat as you run. not desirable but neither is reality
then there’s the problem of “if it worked once, my body now recognizes it and it will never work again”
age and menopause have also created a new set of problems
so is there any help out there? thank you
