		<description>the problem with most of those plans is that they think everyone works at a desk 9-5. some of us do work long shifts on our feet and regular meal time breaks are just a wistful thought 
it&#039;s hard finding plans that incorporate &quot;portable&quot; food that you can eat as you run. not desirable but neither is reality
then there&#039;s the problem of &quot;if it worked once, my body now recognizes it and it will never work again&quot;
age and menopause have also created a new set of problems
