This blog is meant to be an entertaining way for me to journal how I eat and exercise to maintain a fit lifestyle, as well as provide a forum for people to share their own experiences. Along the way maybe it will also inspire some to add physical fitness and healthy nutrition choices to their life.
While I am a certified personal trainer, I need be clear that I am neither a physician nor a registered dietitian. All content on this website is for educational purposes only. Disclosure Statement About Reviews:
A note about items/books/food I review here on the site: To date, I do not receive any compensation from the companies who make any of the products I review on this blog.
I want to reiterate that for the most part, I mention products that I purchase and try on my own. If I love them I want to let you know. If they are terrible, I want to let you know that too.
There have been a couple of instances along the way where companies have agreed to send me samples to try. When this happens, it is noted openly in the review.

Disclosure Statement About Recipes:
I will graduate from Bauman College in 2011 as a Natural Chef. As such I try out a lot of recipes, tweak a lot of recipes, and often dream up my own recipes. When I use a recipe other than my own as inspiration, it will be noted so in the blog post so that appropriate credit is given where due. When none is given, that means the recipe is of my own creation and any similarities to any other of the millions of recipes in the world is purely coincidental – in such cases it’s fun to know that great minds think alike!
